Tender Manager

As part of the development of its structure in Brussels, our client is looking for a : Tender Manager

• Proactively analyse calls for tender issued by European et International Organisations, focusing on an in-depth understanding of their respective tendering processes ;
• Accurately identify business opportunities aligned with our areas of expertise, taking into account the specifics of tender requests ;
• Actively participate in the meticulous drafting of responses to calls for tender, in close collaboration with internal teams, to acquire new projects and contracts; as part of our group dynamic growth strategy ;
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of the process, from submission to negotiation, scrupulously monitoring compliance with customer requirements ;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key players within the European and International Organisations ;
• Develop, strengthen and animate a netwok of partners and subcontractors (o smecific skills areas) ;
• Our responsibility may also embrace representing ABILWAYS in relevant events, conferences and meetings to reinforce our visibility and positioning.

• Master's level;
• Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage;
• At least 5 years' of similar relevant experience in the consultancy sector (training, management, etc.), ideally in connection with European or International Organisations;
• Thorough understanding of tender processes and bidding mechanisms;
• Ability to anticipate and take initiatives;
• Thoroughness and organisational skills;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Flexibility and ability to work intensively at certain times;
• Leadership to bring projects to a successful conclusion with the collaboration of the various stakeholders.
